Content & Conduct Policy

Effective date: July 2, 2026

This policy applies to public posts, profile updates, Fight Finder listings, private reviews, fan scorecards, images, YouTube links, claim requests, bout submissions, notices, comments, and any other content submitted to UKWCB.

Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.
Do not upload third-party photographs, watermarked images, or branded media without permission from the rights holder.
Do not post defamatory, abusive, or misleading content.
Do not impersonate fighters, coaches, promoters, gyms, venues, officials, staff, or UKWCB personnel.
Do not submit joke names, fake records, knowingly inaccurate fight data, spam, malware, scraping tools, or abusive listings.
Do not share private Fight Finder contact details or private reviews outside the intended verified promoter, matchmaker, coach, or admin context.
Do not copy, publish, scrape, or share Swipe match threads outside their intended fighter, eligible regional promoter, and admin/moderator audience.
Do not harass, pressure, threaten, exploit, mislead, or spam another fighter or promoter through Swipe to Fight.
Do not use Swipe to Fight if you are under 18 or provide a false date of birth to bypass eligibility controls.
Do not manipulate page views, judging, purchases, submissions, refunds, accounts, or technical requests to obtain engagement points improperly.
Do not choose a public display name that impersonates another person, falsely suggests verification, misleads users about your identity, or includes abusive, unlawful, or rights-infringing content.
Do not submit a sponsorship application using false business details, a logo you cannot use, a misleading destination page, prohibited products or services, hidden redirects, unlawful claims, or a category designed to evade UKWCB or payment-provider review.
Paid sponsorship is advertising only. Sponsors and recipients must not describe it as UKWCB verification, endorsement, approval of a product, guaranteed exposure, or influence over rankings, records, titles, trophies, moderation, or editorial decisions.
Private reviews must be honest, relevant, non-abusive, and based on genuine experience.
Public fan judging is for entertainment only and must not be used to harass, defame, or target fighters, officials, or event staff.
Shadow bouts are unverified and should be treated as unconfirmed until verified.
Fight Finder listings are self-declared unless expressly verified. Users must carry out their own checks before making real-world decisions.
Information labelled “Added by fighter” remains self-declared and separate from verified UKWCB records, rankings, trophies, titles, and official bout history.
UKWCB may use automated or AI-assisted moderation flags, but may also review content manually.
We may remove or restrict content that breaches these rules.
